We are pleased to announce our participation in a recent Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) white paper entitled, “Embracing Omnichannel Engagement in Medical Affairs: Changing Mindsets to Put External Stakeholders at the Center of Engagement.” This paper, which was developed with input from multiple industry professionals across the various MAPS working groups, discusses how that—as of now—we are only beginning to explore the edges of being truly omnichannel, and that fully adopting this approach will require a mindset shift to a more stakeholder-centric focus, in addition to implementing new ways to create content and use technology to convey scientific messages.

In addition to our participation through Brian Falcone, Strategic Business Lead at Fingerpaint Medical (formerly MedThink SciCom), the white paper is also authored by the following industry leaders:

  • Fran Paradiso-Hardy - Head, Global Medical Communications & Engagement, Astellas
